Refund policy

Given the custom nature of the items sold in our store, cancellations can only be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order (prior to the item being shipped) without specifying a reason.

We will process refunds using the same payment method that was used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
